The Acjachemen Nation has completed relocation of the tribal office to the city’s old fire station.
Under the agreement approved by the City Council in July, the tribe, a nonprofit organization also known as the Juaneno Band of Mission Indians, does not pay rent but is responsible for part of the maintenance costs of the building. It is at El Horno and La Matanza streets.
