The Art Assn.’s annual Arts and Crafts Fair will be held at Eisenhower Park near the pier from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 9 and until 5 p.m. Sept. 10. Visitors on Saturday can expect to be joined by crowds from the Chamber of Commerce and Business Assn.’s Sand Castle Festival.
