SBI / Valencia to Buy All Half-Day Video Stock
SBI Communications Inc. / Valencia Entertainment in Valencia has signed a letter of intent to buy all outstanding shares of Half-Day Video Inc.
Half-Day Video in Burbank rents television and film equipment to the entertainment industry. The company owns 30 acres of land and 250,000 square feet of commercial buildings, including 10 production sound stages.
Valencia Entertainment is an entertainment company that includes television and motion picture production. Its clients include Warner Bros., Universal, MGM and Disney.
