* Voices--The Ventura Master Chorale, under the direction of Burns Taft, will present holiday concerts Dec. 15 and 17 at the San Buenaventura Mission in downtown Ventura. * Dance--The Ventura College Dance Performance Company will stage “Mystique: A Winter Solstice Celebration of Mythical Proportion” on Dec. 15 and 17 at the campus theater. * Lights--The annual Ventura Harbor Parade of Lights will be held Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. More than 35 vessels decorated for the holidays will make two laps around the harbor.
