* Moorpark Women’s Fortnightly Club holds its annual Holiday Home Tour from 3 to 8 p.m. today at six homes in the Moorpark area. Tickets are $12. Bingo Games Aid Big Brothers / Big Sisters

* Big Brothers / Big Sisters hold a bingo fund-raiser from noon to 6 p.m. today at 3503 Arundell Circle, Ventura. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m., with early bird games beginning at noon. Bingo Games Benefit Camarillo High Students

* Adolfo Camarillo High School holds a bingo fund-raiser at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the school cafeteria, 4660 Mission Oaks Blvd. Doors open at 5 p.m. All payouts will be $250. RAIN Center Needs Towels, Diapers, Toiletries

* The RAIN Project Transitional Living Center is holding the fifth annual blanket and clothing drive through Dec. 15 at Camarillo Fire Department Station 54, 2160 Pickwick Drive. The center helps individuals and families regain their independent living status. The center needs clothing, blankets, towels, diapers, toiletries and laundry soap. Information: 389-9710.

Toys Collected for Needy Children

* Pierce Bros. Valley Oaks Memorial Park is collecting toys for the “Toys for Tots” program through Christmas. The program consists of collecting new unwrapped toys, which will be given to underprivileged children who would otherwise go without on Christmas morning. The nationwide program collects 8 million toys annually, providing more than 3.5 million needy children with their Christmas wish. Pierce Bros. is at 5600 Lindero Canyon Road, Westlake Village. Books to Be Donated to Camarillo Library

* The Camarillo Library giving tree campaign runs until Dec. 31. The campaign places selected book titles on a Christmas tree. Participants then purchase the books and donate them to the library. Each donated book will have a bookplate with the donor’s name on it. Books range in price from $5 to $25. To donate a book or information: 482-1953.

Memory Tree-Lighting Ceremony Planned

* Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Assn. Hospice holds “Light Up a Life 2000,” a memory tree-lighting ceremony, at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Pacific View Mall, 363 S. Mills Road, Ventura. With a $15 gift, a personalized star will be placed on the tree and the name of your loved one will be recited at the ceremony. Proceeds benefit the association’s special hospice programs. Annual Tree of Life to Aid Camarillo Hospice

* Camarillo Hospice holds its 15th annual Tree of Life campaign through Jan. 5. The campaign seeks donations of $15 or more, which will buy the donor a star on the Camarillo Hospice Tree of Life in Constitution Park, Paseo Camarillo and North Carmen Drive. Art Museum Seeks Volunteers, Docents

* Carnegie Art Museum is seeking volunteers and docents to help coordinate special events, museum projects and office work. Each volunteer is required to work a minimum of four hours each month. Volunteers to Help With Tax Preparation

* The American Assn. of Retired Persons is seeking volunteers to help with income tax preparation for senior citizens and others from Feb. 1 through April 15. Volunteers to Counsel Seniors on Insurance

* Ventura County Area Agency on Aging needs volunteer counselors to assist senior citizens who have questions about Medicare, Medigap, HMOs and long-term care insurance problems. Volunteers must complete 24 hours of training and a 10-hour internship. Counselors will commit to a minimum of 40 hours annually and 12 hours of additional training each year. Phone Line Mentors to Aid Parents

* Interface Children Family Services provides a 24-hour “warm line” for parents who have questions about basic child development, child care concerns or just need a friendly ear.
