Police are seeking the public’s help in locating the driver and passenger of a pickup that struck and critically injured a 69-year-old Fullerton woman Nov. 28.

The woman suffered a broken leg and pelvic injuries, and is in serious condition, police said Thursday. The department is withholding her identity and the name of the hospital for her protection.

The accident occurred about 6:30 p.m. in the 100 block of East Ash Avenue. Police said the woman was crossing the street when a small pickup, described as black or dark blue with a white or tan camper shell, struck her and sped eastward. Two occupants were in the truck, but witnesses couldn’t provide a description. Police said the vehicle may have sustained damage to the right side of its hood.
