THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Tuesday:

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* La Batista Avenue: Someone stole a car in the 10800 block at 3:30 p.m. Friday.

* Los Tiempos Street: Someone broke into a car parked in the 17900 block and stole $630 worth of property at 3:16 p.m. Friday.

* Magnolia Street: Someone stole six cartons of Camel cigarettes from Sam’s Smoke Shop in the 17900 block at 11:37 a.m. Friday.

FULLERTON

* East Ash Avenue: Police responded to a report of a brandished weapon in the 1100 block at 1:28 a.m. Sunday.

* Euclid Street: A robbery was reported in the 700 block at 8:40 p.m. Saturday.

* West Orangethorpe Avenue: An individual drunk in public was reported in the 1800 block at 9:24 p.m. Saturday.

* West Orangethorpe Avenue: A burglar alarm went off in the 1000 block at 9:45 a.m. Sunday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Westminster Avenue: Police arrested a Westminster man on suspicion of a vehicle bur

glary in the 12600 block on Jan 20. The suspect was identified by matching fingerprints from the recovered vehicle with those in the Cal-ID Fingerprint Computer System.

LA HABRA

* South Encinitas Street: A structure fire was reported in the 900 block at 2:12 p.m. Saturday.

* South Harbor Boulevard: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block at 9:33 a.m. Sunday.

* La Habra Boulevard and Monte Vista: Police responded to a report of assault and battery at 3:05 a.m. Sunday.

LA PALMA

* La Palma Avenue: An auto theft was reported in the 4500 block at 7:48 a.m. Monday.

SANTA ANA

* Theata Road: A report of petty theft in the 12000 block at 3:16 p.m. Monday.

* Holt Avenue: A report of petty theft in the 14200 block at 6:01 p.m. Monday.

VILLA PARK

* Loma Street: Vandalism was reported in the 9300 block at 8:26 a.m. Saturday.

* Sunkist Circle: An assault was reported in the 10000 block at 3:10 p.m. Saturday.

* Henderson Way: A burglary alarm was triggered in the 9000 block at 8:36 p.m. Saturday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Placentia, Seal Beach, Tustin, Westminster and Yorba Linda.

Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the following communities: Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Midway City, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Rossmoor, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Sunset Beach, Stanton, Villa Park and unincorporated ares.
