THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Thursday:

BREA

* North Cliffwood Avenue and South State College Boulevard: A noninjury traffic accident was reported at 7:12 a.m. Wednesday.

* South Laurel Avenue: Lost property was reported in the 500 block at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Brookhurst Street: A man was arrested for burglary and possession of marijuana in the 18200 block at 5:40 p.m. Saturday.

* Brookhurst Street: Someone broke into Shabu Shabu in the 18900 block at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday. The suspect entered through the roof and removed $1,065 worth of property.

* Euclid Street and El Paraiso Court: A car was reported stolen at 5:43 a.m. Wednesday.

FULLERTON

* East Bastanchury Road: A grand theft was reported in the 2000 block at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday.

* Brooke Lane: A burglar alarm went off in the 2000 block at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday.

* Rosecrans Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 1700 block at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday.

LA HABRA

* East Brookdale Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 2100 block at 6:54 a.m. Tuesday.

* West Erna Avenue: A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 500 block at 6:08 p.m. Monday.

* West Imperial Highway: An auto theft was reported in the 2100 block at 12:56 p.m. Monday.

PLACENTIA

* Golden Avenue: A scooter was reported stolen from a shed at Golden Elementary School in the 700 block at 9:55 a.m. Wednesday.

* North Kraemer Boulevard: A hit-and-run misdemeanor involving a parked car was reported in the 1800 block at 10:47 p.m. Wednesday.

TUSTIN

* El Camino Real: A grand theft was reported in the 600 block at 10:32 a.m. Wednesday.

VILLA PARK

* Sycamore Circle: A vandalism was reported in the 10000 block at 2:56 p.m. Monday.

* Montana Circle: A reckless driving incident was reported in the 18000 block at 3:30 p.m. Monday.

WESTMINSTER

* Sutter Drive: Police arrested a man suspected of spousal abuse and possession of marijuana in the 13000 block at 9:35 p.m. Sunday.

* Westminster Boulevard: A man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at the Executive Suites Inn in the 6000 block at 7:53 p.m. Sunday.

YORBA LINDA

* Esperanza Road and Fairmount Boulevard: A noninjury traffic accident was reported at 11:38 a.m. Wednesday.

* Fairmont Boulevard and Lorca Lane: A petty theft was reported at 7:41 p.m. Wednesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana and Seal Beach.

Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the following communities: Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Midway City, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Rossmoor, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Sunset Beach, Stanton, Villa Park and unincorporated areas.
