GARDEN GROVE
The City Council will meet Tuesday to consider recommendations from the Orange County Regional Airport Authority on Measure F and the El Toro Airport. If approved on the March ballot, Measure F would require a countywide vote before planning could proceed for airport projects, hazardous-waste landfills and large jails that would be within half a mile of homes.
