Roger Faubel will be sworn in to the City Council and a new mayor pro tem will be elected at tonight’s meeting. Staff has prepared a video tribute to former Councilman Thomas Potocki, who died Dec. 28, a little more than two months after receiving an esophageal cancer diagnosis. The tribute will be shown after the closed session portion of the meeting. Faubel was appointed to Potocki’s seat on a 3-1 vote.
