MISSION VIEJO
Superior Court Judge Eileen Moore has set a summer trial date for the lawsuit filed against three members of the City Council, alleging that they violated California’s open meeting law. Moore met with lawyers from both sides on Friday to establish when they would be ready to present their arguments in court. The hearing will begin Aug. 7 in Orange County Superior Court.
