MISSION VIEJO
The Planning Commission has given Cox Communications Co. until May 8 to resolve problems with residents over a cable TV maintenance station on Preciados Drive.
But the commissioners made it clear that they do not consider the company to be following its permit for the site and might begin proceedings to revoke it at the end of the 90 days.
The commission voted 3 to 1 to continue the item. Commissioner Norman Murray did not participate in the hearing because he owns stock in Cox Communications.
