* No. 15 ARIZONA (20-4, 9-3) at No. 24 UCLA (14-7, 8-3), 1 p.m., Fox Sports Net--The Bruins, with some help from Washington Sunday in Seattle, could gain a share of first place in the Pacific 10 Conference race. UCLA, half a game out of first, could knock the Wildcats off the top spot with a win today. And if Washington beats 9-3 Oregon on Sunday, UCLA would probably be tied with Stanford at 9-3.

* ARIZONA STATE (13-9, 6-6) at USC (10-11, 5-6), Lyon Center, 2 p.m.--After gunning down Pac-10 kingpins UCLA and Arizona back-to-back, the sky’s the limit for Chris Gobrecht’s surging Trojans. USC’s Tashara Carter led a 19-2 run late in the first half and the Trojans had five players score in double figures in Thursday’s 80-68 victory over Arizona.
