Sheriff’s Officials Seek Public’s Help in Locating 3 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating three men being sought for allegedly violating their probation. An arrest warrant was issued in each case.

Gilbert “Gil” Flores, 41, allegedly violated the terms of his probation on forgery convictions. His last known address was in the 200 block of Fraser Lane in Ventura, and he most recently worked as a construction laborer.

Flores is Latino, 5 feet 8, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Ronald Paul Franklin, 49, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction of obstructing or resisting officers. He was last known to have lived at a transient camp near the Ventura Freeway and Hodencamp Road in Thousand Oaks.

Franklin is white, 5 feet 11, 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Jorge Vasquez Ramirez, who also uses the name Juan Rojas, 20, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for possessing drugs and having unlawful intercourse with a person under the age of 18.

He last worked as a welder, and his last known address was in the 100 block of Cameron Street in Ventura.

Ramirez is Latino, 5 feet 8, 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He has a tiger tattoo on his left hand and praying hands on his left shoulder.

Anyone with information on these cases should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-8255 or 494-8255. The call can be anonymous, and there is a reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
