Hawking Is Out at Fullerton
Bob Hawking announced his resignation Wednesday as Cal State Fullerton’s coach effective at the end of the season. The Titans are 8-15 with four regular-season games remaining and Hawking has a 59-99 record since he took over in 1994-95.
Hawking, a former coach at Simi Valley High for 14 years, said he hopes to remain in coaching. He was an assistant at Pepperdine and UC Davis before joining Fullerton.
