Six Oxnard residents were arrested at a local condominium after a two-month investigation into alleged drug use and sales at the location, authorities said.

Police had received a series of complaints about parties and drug sales in the 1200 block of Jamaica Lane. They made the arrests Tuesday, Oxnard Police Det. Neail Holland said.

Condominium renter Bart Valderrama, 30, was jailed on suspicion of possessing about $1,500 worth of methamphetamine and allegedly maintaining a home where drugs are sold and used, Holland said.

Carlos Lopez, 25, and Sergio Durazo, 19, were booked on outstanding misdemeanor warrants that are not drug-related, Holland said. The pair were at the condominium when officers raided it.
