The Legislature recognized the City Council and praised Councilman Chuck Conlosh, who proposed a city ordinance that makes it a misdemeanor for stores to sell more than three packages of products containing ephedrine in a single transaction.
Ephedrine is a central nervous system stimulant and decongestant that is structurally similar to amphetamine.
