The La Habra City School District’s Board of Education will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the board room at the District Education Center, 500 N. Walnut St. In closed session, members will discuss the classroom placement of a special-needs student, the finalist candidate for an impending principal vacancy, employee negotiations and a classified position recommendation. Other agenda items include the consideration of an annual audit report for the fiscal year ending in June 1999, adopting a contract proposal and approving a contract addendum.
