Planning commissioners will elect a chairman Tuesday to lead the commission for the year.
Commissioner Joe Hernandez has served as chairman for the last year.
Any of the five commissioners could be elected to be this year’s chairman, city officials said.
“They’re able to choose whoever they want,” said Community Development Director Kathy Graham. “It just depends on their home commitments [and] their work commitments.”
The commission will meet at 7 p.m. at Lake Forest City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
