Rellenos on Tap

You can have a hot, puffy chile relleno in moments if your freezer contains a sack of the rellenos produced by Graciana Tortilla & Tamale Factory in Sylmar. Coated with the usual egg batter, they’re made by hand with fresh California chiles and low-fat Jack cheese. Graciana sells the rellenos frozen, in packages of a dozen. It’s up to you to provide the tomato sauce.
