RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA
A city celebration will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. in the gymnasium of St. John’s Episcopal Church immediately after the regular meeting of the City Council.
County Supervisors Todd Spitzer and Tom Wilson will be on hand to administer oaths of office to the mayor and the City Council. Junior Girl Scout Troop 802 and Cub Scout Pack 618 will act as the official color guard for the ceremony.
The celebration will honor the work and dedication of the people who helped make Rancho Santa Margarita a city.
St. John’s Episcopal Church is at 30382 Via con Dios.
