The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Thursday:

BREA

* East Imperial Highway: A forgery was reported in the 2300 block at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday.

* North Oak Place: A grand theft was reported in the 300 block at 2:49 p.m. Wednesday.

CYPRESS

* Via Majorca: A woman reported her cell phone and camera stolen in the 4400 block at 10:07 a.m. Sunday.

* Bloomfield Avenue: A Honda Accord was reported stolen in the 9800 block at 6:51 p.m. Saturday.

* Nayshon Court: A burglary was reported in the 11300 block at 8:54 p.m. Saturday.

FULLERTON

* South Brookhurst Road: Police responded to a report of a problem with a transient in the 300 block at 7:41 p.m. Wednesday.

* West Commonwealth Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 1700 block at 11:29 p.m. Wednesday.

* South Harbor Boulevard: A bicycle theft was reported in the 1100 block at 1:10 a.m. Thursday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Beach Boulevard at Chapman Avenue: A Westminster juvenile was arrested on suspicion of possessing a loaded concealed handgun Saturday. The suspect was spotted by police during a routine check of a billiards parlor.

* Euclid Avenue: An Anaheim man was arrested on suspicion of vehicle burglary in the 10700 block Jan. 13.

LA HABRA

* West Whittier Boulevard: A grand theft was reported in the 1800 block at 7:39 a.m. Tuesday.

* East Pinehurst Avenue: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 700 block at 10:34 a.m. Tuesday.

* East Imperial Highway: A suspicious subject was reported in the 1100 block at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday.

ORANGE

* Spring Street: A shooting was reported in the 18000 block at 3:18 a.m. Thursday.

PLACENTIA

* Bradford Avenue at Santa Fe Avenue: A hit-and-run misdemeanor was reported at 7:06 p.m. Wednesday.

* La Paz Street: A narcotics violation was reported in the 900 block at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday.

* South Placentia Avenue: A stolen vehicle was reported at 11:57 a.m. Wednesday.

SANTA ANA

* East Pine Street: A Santa Ana man was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving after attempting to evade police in the 200 block at 3:34 p.m. Saturday.

* North Main Street: A Long Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting $169 in merchandise from a department store in the 2800 block at 3:30 p.m. Saturday. The woman said she planned to attempt to return the stolen items at a later time for cash.

VILLA PARK

* Santiago Boulevard: A traffic accident was reported in the 9000 block at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday. There were no injuries.

YORBA LINDA

* Avenue de las Flores: A burglary was reported in the 4300 block at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday.

* Avenue de las Flores: A petty theft was reported in the 4700 block at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday.

* Fairmont Boulevard: A grand theft was reported in the 3500 block at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Seal Beach, Tustin and Westminster.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department makes incident reports available on the Web. Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the following communities: Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Midway City, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Rossmoor, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Sunset Beach, Stanton, Villa Park and unincorporated areas.
