THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Wednesday:

BREA

* Birch Street at Brea Boulevard: A noninjury traffic accident was reported at 12:59 p.m. Monday.

* East Imperial Highway: A grand theft was reported in the 700 block at 2:56 a.m. Monday.

* East Lambert Road: A grand theft was reported in the 500 block at 8:47 a.m. Monday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Euclid Street: Someone stole equipment from Guitar Center in the 18300 block at 8:28 p.m. Friday.

* Slater Avenue: Someone smashed the window of a car and stole a day planner and notebook in the 10400 block at 10:53 a.m. Friday.

FULLERTON

* East Chapman Avenue: A suspicious person in a vehicle was reported in the 2600 block at 3:15 a.m. Wednesday.

* Seaview Drive: A missing adult was reported in the 2100 block at 2:46 a.m. Wednesday.

* West Baker Avenue: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday.

* Harbor Boulevard and Valencia Drive: A robbery was reported at 8:04 p.m. Tuesday.

LA HABRA

* East Brookdale Avenue: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 2100 block at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday.

* West Whittier Boulevard: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 600 block at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.

* Imperial Highway and Beach Boulevard: A hit-and-run was reported at 7:07 p.m. Tuesday.

ORANGE

* Center Street: A burglary was reported in the 18000 block at 5:01 p.m. Monday.

PLACENTIA

* West Crowther Avenue: A suspicious circumstance involving a male removing property from a storage locker was reported in the 400 block at 2:18 p.m. Monday.

* South Placentia Avenue: A stolen vehicle was reported in the 600 block at 5:58 a.m. Monday.

SANTA ANA

* Rangeview Drive: A report of petty theft in the 9700 block at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday.

TUSTIN

* Beneta Way: A suspicious car was reported in the 18000 block at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday.

VILLA PARK

* Ryan Circle: A vandalism was reported in the 9800 block at 7:55 a.m. Wednesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: A forgery was reported in the 21000 block at 2:12 p.m. Monday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: An injury traffic accident was reported in the 20000 block at 4:49 p.m. Monday.

* Via Badalona: A grand theft was reported in the 20000 block at 1:55 p.m. Monday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Seal Beach and Westminster.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department makes incident reports available on its Web site. Go to https://www.ocsd.org and click “Sheriff’s Blotter.” Incident reports are updated every few minutes and cover the following communities: Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Midway City, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Rossmoor, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Sunset Beach, Stanton, Villa Park and unincorporated areas.
