The annual Chinese New Year dinner benefiting the Orange County Studio of Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic will take place Feb. 6 at the Yen-Ching Restaurant, 574 S. Glassell St. The organization is a national nonprofit group that provides textbooks on audiotape and computer disk for students who are unable to read standard print.
