WESTMINSTER
The city is offering free toilets to residents who present a current water bill and valid photo ID at Westminster High School from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The water-saving toilets are part of an effort by the Orange County Sanitation District and the water district to eliminate toilets that use about 3.5 gallons of water per flush. After installing the new toilets, residents can return old ones to the same location July 22. The school is at 14325 Goldenwest St. Information: (714) 898-3311, Ext. 562.
