Local businesswoman Annette Gross has been named the Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce’s Member of the Year 2000. Gross, a former president of the chamber, works as manager of Sylvan Learning Center in Yorba Linda.
She was also chairwoman of the chamber’s Education Committee, which this year organized its first community forum to give parents and community members the opportunity to meet with Placentia-Yorba Linda School District officials and ask them questions.
