Spring Concert

The Granada Hills Chorale will present its annual Spring Concert on Saturday in Northridge. The 30-voice ensemble founded in 1984 will perform under the direction of Ken Rappe.

Dog Show

The Burbank Kennel Club will hold its annual AKC-sanctioned All Breed Dog Show this weekend at Valley College. In addition to its canine stars, the show will offer entertainment, displays, food and other family fare.

Woodcarving

The fourth annual Smoky Hollow Carvers Show is scheduled this weekend in Glendale. More than 60 carvers from all over Southern California will display their pieces, including the work of nationally recognized sculptor Bill Churchill.

Pop Music

Recording artist Kenny Loggins will give a free concert Sunday in Woodland Hills. Loggins first gained national fame in 1971 as half of the duo Loggins and Messina. Over the next five years, the pair had hits with “Danny’s Song,” “Your Mama Don’t Dance” and “Thinking of You.” Loggins went solo in 1977. Bring a blanket or low-back lawn chair.
