Board the Ark for Vacation Bible School

“2000 Ark Avenue: God’s Great Get-Together,” a weeklong vacation Bible school program, is set for July 10 to 14 at Tustin Presbyterian Church. Children ages 3 through fifth grade can attend from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Biblical animals will tell stories of the times in which they lived, giving children an opportunity to learn scriptural lessons. Other activities will include singing, games, crafts and more.

Registration is open for the program. The fee is $20 for each child through June 23 and $30 after that. Register by calling (714) 544-7070; by visiting the church between 8:30 a.m.; and 4 p.m. or by e-mailing tustinpres@earthlink.net. The church is at 225 W. Main St. in Tustin.

Also speaking will be Barry Cooper, a representative of Refugee Resettlement who works with churches and individuals to help refugees make the transition to American life.
