Appraisers have completed their evaluation of the North Orange County Community College campus on Fairmont Boulevard.
But officials say it may be a while before the district even decides to sell the property, now home to the sparsely attended Yorba Linda School of Continuing Education.
College district officials would not release details of the appraisal last week. The district’s board is expected to take a preliminary look at a master plan for the district and hear some options regarding what could be done with the 17-acre site, district spokeswoman Donna Hatchett said. District officials are considering several options, including shifting the continuing-education program from Yorba Linda to Anaheim where they anticipate more enrollment. Board members will hear some of these options at their June 27 meeting.
