LAKE FOREST
The City Council has unanimously approved an agreement with the county to expand the El Toro Branch Library.
The agreement calls for the city to pay $200,000 for construction of a storage space, which would allow the staff to empty the 1,000-square-foot community meeting room now being used for storage.
The county will retain ownership of the library.
