RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA
A puppet show, music and refreshments are planned at the second annual Summer Fair from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Arroyo Vista Park, 29661 Avenida de las Banderas. There also will be a fashion show, visits from Smokey Bear and Sparky the Fire Dog, and displays of a firetruck and a Marine Corps humvee. The event is free. Information: (949) 858-1390.
