Bacon and lettuce we always have. With tomatoes in season, this is the perfect time for a BLT.

* Basix: This charming West Hollywood cafe puts Bibb lettuce, apple-wood-smoked bacon and tomatoes on an Italian roll with either regular or pesto mayonnaise.
