Seabee Museum (Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, 982-5191). Weekdays, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Sat., 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Sun., 12:30-4:30 p.m. A large-format photography exhibition features the work of a team of photographers directed by Edward Steichen, who documented the U.S. Navy during WWII. Contributors: Horace Bristol, Charles Kerlee, Fenno Jacobs, Victor Jorgenson, Wayne Miller and Dwight Long. The exhibit was prepared by Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibit Service. Santa Paula Snapshot Museum (935 E. Main St., 525-7804). Wed.-Sun., noon-4 p.m. The museum is devoted to the art of the anonymous snapshot. Currently: never before seen images of the destruction caused by the 1928 St. Francis Dam collapse. Some of the snapshots were taken immediately after the disaster. Through June 30.
