Public Is Asked to Help Deputies Find 4 Suspected Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in finding four people sought for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Steven Verdayne Young, 23, allegedly failed to appear at court hearings on burglary charges. He last lived in the 2000 block of Sweetland Drive in Oxnard. He is white, 5 feet 11, 220 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Christopher Patrick Terry, 30, allegedly violated probation on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance. He last lived in the 1900 block of Elizardo Street in Simi Valley. He is white, 6 feet, 180 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Jose Arraguin Ruiz, also known as Jose Arraguin, 42, allegedly failed to appear for a court hearing after he was arrested on suspicion of forgery. He last lived in the 400 block of East Daily Drive in Camarillo. He is Latino, 5 feet 8, 190 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Ceasar Estrada Magdaleno, also known as Ceasar Magdeleno Estrada, 21, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance. He last lived in the 2500 block of Barry Street in Camarillo. He is Latino, 6 feet 1, 180 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-8255 or 494-8255.

There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
