Tale of two sports-related stock offerings: Italian soccer club Roma--which claims three of every four Romans as fans--plans to go public this week, selling 13 million shares in Europe. Meanwhile, Raleigh, N.C.-based online sports media company Total Sports said Monday that it has canceled its planned $45-million U.S. IPO, citing--what else?--adverse market conditions.
