Mayor Alta Duke proclaimed next week as American Public Works Association Week in the city during this week’s council meeting.
On Thursday, the La Palma Kiwanis Club will host a breakfast to honor the city’s public works staff at La Palma Intercommunity Hospital beginning at 7 a.m.
