DANA POINT
On Tuesday, the City Council is scheduled to discuss whether to expand a preferential parking district near Dana Hills High School.
The amendment would add Caracas Street, Questa Way and a portion of Santiago Drive and Antilles Way to the Acapulco Preferential Parking District. Preferential parking excludes nonresidents or those who aren’t guests of residents from parking during certain hours.
The council will also discuss its application to assume responsibilities of the South Coast Water District.
The council meets at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council chambers at 33282 Street of the Golden Lantern.
