SEAL BEACH
Two U.S. submarine veterans’ groups will host a Memorial Day service at the submarine memorial outside the main entrance of the Naval Weapons Station at 11 a.m. Monday. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Huntington Beach) is scheduled to speak. The service will commemorate 52 submarines lost during WWII, with a reading of the fate of each crew, and the tolling of a bell.
