Congress has passed a resolution, sponsored by Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Huntington Beach), establishing the National Moment of Remembrance to honor the men and women of the United States who died in pursuit of freedom and peace.
At 3 p.m. today, citizens are asked to reflect and remember the sacrifices by the nation’s fallen heroes.
Rohrabacher’s district covers part of Fountain Valley.
