The Friends of the La Habra Branch Library will host an after-school program called “Hummingbirds of the Rain Forest” in which Esther and Robert Tyrell will share their experiences and knowledge as expert hummingbird investigators.
The presentation will include a multimedia show and a question-and-answer session at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the La Habra Library.
The Tyrells have been studying hummingbirds for more than 20 years and have written three books on them. They have traveled more than 800,000 miles in their search for material.
