LAX’s Growing Pains to Be Discussed

On Wednesday, TownHall Los Angeles will host Lydia Kennard, executive director of Los Angeles, Ontario and Van Nuys airports, to discuss how LAX plans to handle projected increases in passenger and cargo traffic while balancing quality-of-life concerns in neighboring communities. Kennard will also speak on the LAX Master Plan and its aims to modernize and expand the airport. Her talk is scheduled for noon at the City Club on Bunker Hill, 333 S.
