Focusing on the film scores of Aaron Copland as part of its Copland Centenary Festival, Pacific Symphony will accompany a screening of the 1939 documentary “The City.” The Copland program, led by Carl St.Clair, also will include “Fanfare for the Common Man,” “An Outdoor Overture,” “Quiet City,” the Suite from “The Heiress” and “A Lincoln Portrait,” with narration by baritone William Warfield.
