The city will host a dedication ceremony and park preview Saturday of the Laguna Hills Sports Complex and Prehistoric Playground on Alicia Parkway.
The ceremony will begin at noon with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Mayor Joel T. Lautenschleger, live music and barbecue lunch. The event will also include activities for the family, including a tour of the site, painting program, skating demonstration, soccer and Little League clinic and a football pass-and-catch game. Professional athletes will also make a special appearance.
