Five New Albums, Led by Sade, Beatles, Claim Top Spots

In a week when the five top-selling albums in the Southland are all new entries, the region’s record buyers found the bucks to support some old favorites, including U2, whose new album stayed in the Southern California Top 10 while slipping to No. 12 nationally, and Moby, whose single “South Side” far outpaced its national showing here.
