State Sen. Joe Dunn (D-Garden Grove) and the California Union of Safety Employees will host a seminar for seniors on consumer protection from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 13 at the Anaheim Central Library.
Experts will address such topics as telemarketing schemes, mail fraud, identity theft, and insurance and health care fraud. The Anaheim Central Library is at 500 W. Broadway. Information: (714) 705-1580.
