Edison opened the season ranked No. 2 in Orange County and the Sunset League favorite, but Los Alamitos currently holds those distinctions. The Chargers are trying to win their first league title since 1990, while Los Alamitos is going for its third in a row. Running back Darryl Poston (837 yards, 11 TDs) and quarterback Richard Schwartz (992 yards, nine TDs) provide a top-notch offensive combination for Edison.
