The City Council tonight will consider renewing a special permit that was issued last year to Joe’s Aloha Collectibles, a secondhand store on Cerritos Avenue. The permit carries several strict conditions, including provisions that prohibit outdoor displays and prohibit the owners from purchasing on site the items for resale. The council will meet at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5275 Orange Ave. Information: (714) 229-6683.
