The Community Services Department will host the 36th annual Halloween Howl from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the cultural arts and recreation center at 7800 Katella Ave.
The event will include games, contests and a costume parade. Suggested donations are $1 for adults and 50 cents for children.
