SEAL BEACH
More than 350 volunteers who cleaned the beach between the San Gabriel River channel and the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station on Saturday filled 889 large trash bags weighing 4,023 pounds in five hours, Chamber and Business Assn. President Kim Masoner said.
The association plans to host repeat cleanups on the fourth Saturday of each month. Information: (562) 799-0179.
