Congregation B’nai Tzedek was well-represented at the recent 25th annual conference on Alternatives in Jewish Education at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.
Cantor Linda Ecker led a group including temple members M. Ann Penny; Anita Newman, vice president of religious practices; and Susan Slonim.
The four representatives participated in a range of programs on issues in Jewish education.
The congregation will hear about the women’s experiences during Shabbat services at 8:15 p.m. Sept. 15 at the temple, 9669 Talbert Ave. (714) 963-4611.
